After sleeping the day away on Saturday I met up my old, young friend Karen on Saturday night. I hung out with her last time I was in Copenhagen and I had met her through my good friend, Danny Morris, who's home town friend has this friend who was studying abroad in Copenhagen last year....
We met up with some of her friends at Jolene's, in the Meat District, my new favorite late night spot, and after a few drinks we headed over to a mostly-girls club called Lez. At the door you could pick a color bracelet:
Green = horny
Yellow = maybe
Red = No thanks
The Thai girls taking the money and giving out bracelets tease me a bit about requesting a red bracelet, say something in Danish I don't understand, lots of laughing, they give me a red one....and insist I take a yellow one... just in case I change my mind....
Well the bar was an old abandoned house and the party was mostly abandoned to begin with. The DJ who was scheduled to go on at 10pm was a no-show. Everyone was sitting around. Waiting for something to start. Some brilliant person plugged in their ipod and some people are starting to dance, but people still seem a little too sober. There are lots of fresh, short punky hair cuts in the crowd. Then the lights dim... 2 girls dressed in black jump suits start to set up some props on stage. The crowd gathers....then they bring out....the bunny masks.....

Finally carrots make it back into the blog.... sort of. Rabbits are close enough.
it's like Donnie Dako! get it?? because she works at Dako? oh, forget it.
That movie was freaking weird. In other words, perfect analogy! Well played, Trevor.
I like the cube dance!
Also like the bracelet idea, they should do that in the states!!
